Founded in 2004 by William Boehm, Primary Contractors was built on a strong foundation of hard work, industry knowledge, and a commitment to getting the job done right. William began his career as a Journeyman Lineman with the local power company, gaining valuable experience in utility infrastructure, electrical systems, and field operations.

Over the years, that experience has grown into a diverse contracting business known for tackling challenging projects and delivering practical solutions. From excavation and septic installation to utility infrastructure, drainage systems, demolition, and site development, Primary Contractors has earned a reputation for finding a way to get the job done safely, efficiently, and professionally.

In addition to our construction and excavation services, Primary Contractors provides agricultural and farm support services to local farmers, orchard operators, and agricultural producers. Our agricultural services include orchard establishment and maintenance, fruit tree planting and cultivation, vegetation management, agricultural mowing, waterway maintenance, spraying, seasonal field preparation, harvest support, and farm equipment operation and maintenance. We work alongside agricultural producers to help improve productivity, maintain farmland, and support seasonal farming operations throughout the year.
